PJ Olzen's expertise in both real and personal property taxes has been used to successfully represent industrial, commercial and leasing clients. His specialties include analyzing the assessments and tax liabilities of industrial facilities, office buildings, apartments, and retail facilities, with a strong concentration in personal property tax issues. His personal property expertise includes the overall responsibility for the company’s compliance service which specializes in filing returns, analyzing assessments, and approving/paying tax bills for a diverse group of corporate taxpayers. He is currently responsible for the professional services and business operations of the firm’s property tax services group and manages the Schaumburg, Illinois office.
