Joseph Lanzisera is the Managing Director-in-Charge of SMART's Business Consulting Practice. Joe has almost 20 years experience in the delivery of business consulting services to large, enterprise clients and in the management of the Professional Services company. He has a deep background in information technology and has extensive expertise in the development and articulation of information technology strategy and the implementation of complex systems and architectures. Always particularly interested in linking IT investment to the creation of business value, Joe's efforts have helped clients achieve expanded marketshare, expedited growth strategies, simplified processes, reduced cost of ownership of complex infrastructure, fact-based decision making, and improved customer service. Prior to joining SMART in 2002, Joe held various leadership positions as a Partner in the Business Consulting practice of Arthur Andersen, LLP.
