The SMART Women’s Initiative is dedicated to ensuring that the company attracts, retains and promotes women by leading the way to promote strong values in the workplace, for all members of the company, with an emphasis on increased awareness of multi-cultural womens' issues and recognizing the importance of diversity with a direct link to the Company’s goals.
