Wayne Locke has joined SMART as an Advisory Managing Director in New York. He has an extensive background in financial management, providing strategic, financial and operational related services to both national and global companies within the financial services industry. Wayne has broad experience within the insurance industry, spanning both life & health and property/casualty, for direct writers as well as reinsurers.

Prior to joining SMART, Wayne spent nearly 20 years in the financial services industry holding positions of increasing responsibility with a series of blue chip companies. Most recently, he was Vice President of Finance for a $20 billion division of Swiss Re Life & Health America Inc., directing a team in the integration and reporting of acquired blocks of life insurance policies.
