Jim Hayden has more than 17 years of accounting experience in both the public and private sectors, including eight years of Big Four domestic and international audit experience for SEC and non-SEC enterprises. He also has extensive experience with audits and financial reporting for large manufacturing companies.

Prior to joining SMART, Jim had his own consulting firm for several years. Jim worked with small to mid-sized privately held companies ranging from $20 million to $300 million in annual revenues, where he provided CFO outsourcing and strategic planning. Earlier, Jim was Vice President of Finance and Controller with a provider of inventory software and third party manufacture of data storage management solutions. Earlier, Jim was the Corporate Controller and acting Chief Financial Officer for an SEC-listed medical device manufacturer.
