Diane Franzoni has more than sixteen years of business management, financial services, and accounting experience, including five years of private industry experience and over ten years of national public accounting company experience. Diane is a Managing Director with SMART Business Advisory and Consulting, LLC and provides attest work through SMART and Associates, LLP, working with companies in the manufacturing and distribution industry, the legal services industry and the nonprofit arena, and for employee benefit plans. She has held positions of Director of Accounting for American Meter Company and Senior Manager in the Audit and Advisory Services practice with Arthur Andersen, LLP. Diane is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Vice President and Treasurer of the Bucks Montgomery Center for Human Services.
