Terry Montgomery has more than 20 years of experience improving business results and creating profitable revenue growth at various private and public companies. Terry joins SMART from InfraSource Services, Inc., where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, responsible for all financial and accounting activities including strategic planning, investor relations, M&A, treasury, SEC reporting, risk management, and internal audit.

Prior to joining InfraSource, Terry served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer for Reading Energy Holdings, Inc. He is also a former Senior Audit Manager with Ernst & Young.

Terry received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Penn State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Information Systems Auditor.
